Description

These Strawberry Cheesecake Protein Balls are the perfect blend of indulgence and nutrition. Packed with protein, fiber, and healthy fats, they’re a sweet, no-bake snack perfect for meal prep, workouts, or cravings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup old-fashioned oats

  • 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder

  • 1/3 cup cream cheese (regular or light)

  • 1/4 cup almond butter or peanut butter

  • 1/4 cup freeze-dried strawberries, crushed

  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup

  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 12 tablespoons almond milk, as needed

  • Pinch of salt

  • Optional: mini white chocolate chips, graham cracker crumbs, extra crushed strawberries for garnish

Instructions

  • Crush the freeze-dried strawberries in a sealed bag or pulse in a food processor until crumbly.

  • In a mixing bowl, combine oats, protein powder, crushed strawberries, and salt.

  • In another bowl, mix cream cheese, almond butter, honey, and vanilla until smooth.

  • Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients. Stir until fully combined.

  • Add almond milk gradually to adjust the texture as needed.

  • Roll into 12–14 balls using your hands or a cookie scoop.

  • Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes to firm up before serving.

Notes

Freeze-dried strawberries provide the best flavor and texture.

If you prefer a dessert-style version, roll the balls in crushed graham crackers or drizzle with white chocolate.

For a vegan option, use dairy-free cream cheese and maple syrup.

To make them postpartum-friendly, consider adding chia seeds, ground flaxseed, or brewer’s yeast.

These store well in the fridge for up to 7 days or freezer for up to 2 months.
