Ingredients

Scale

For the Oats:

  • 1 cup (100g) rolled oats
  • 1 cup (240ml) milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • ½ cup (120g) Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons honey (or maple syrup)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional, for extra thickness)
  • ½ cup (75g) diced fresh strawberries

For Toppings:

  • Extra sliced strawberries
  • Crushed graham crackers (for the “cheesecake crust” effect)
  • Drizzle of honey or nut butter

Instructions

1. Mix the Ingredients

  1. In a bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, cream cheese, honey, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until smooth.
  2. Stir in oats, milk, and chia seeds, mixing well.
  3. Fold in diced strawberries.

2. Assemble the Jars

  1. Divide the mixture evenly into two mason jars or containers.
  2. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.

3. Add Toppings & Serve!

  1. Before serving, top with extra sliced strawberries, crushed graham crackers, and a drizzle of honey.
  2. Enjoy chilled straight from the jar!

Notes

Use rolled oats – Quick oats get too mushy overnight.
Adjust sweetness – Add more honey or maple syrup if needed.
Mash some strawberries – Releases natural juices for a richer flavor.
