- 1 cup (240ml) milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- ½ cup (120g) Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
- 2 tablespoons cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons honey (or maple syrup)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional, for extra thickness)
- ½ cup (75g) diced fresh strawberries
For Toppings:
- Extra sliced strawberries
- Crushed graham crackers (for the “cheesecake crust” effect)
- Drizzle of honey or nut butter
Instructions
1. Mix the Ingredients
- In a bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, cream cheese, honey, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until smooth.
- Stir in oats, milk, and chia seeds, mixing well.
- Fold in diced strawberries.
2. Assemble the Jars
- Divide the mixture evenly into two mason jars or containers.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
3. Add Toppings & Serve!
- Before serving, top with extra sliced strawberries, crushed graham crackers, and a drizzle of honey.
- Enjoy chilled straight from the jar!
