Sheet Pan Honey Garlic Kielbasa: The Perfect One-Pan Dinner

  • Author: Elisa
  • Total Time: 35 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings 1x

Description

This sheet pan honey garlic kielbasa combines savory kielbasa sausage, tender potatoes, and a sweet honey garlic sauce for an easy, one-pan dinner that’s packed with flavor. Perfect for busy weeknights or casual gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale

For the Kielbasa Sheet Pan:

  • 1 lb kielbasa sausage, cut into 1-inch slices (turkey kielbasa works as a lighter option)
  • 4 cups baby potatoes, halved or quartered
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

For the Honey Garlic Sauce:

  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven and Prepare the Sheet Pan: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. Season the Potatoes: Place the potatoes on the sheet pan, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. Spread evenly.
  3. Prepare the Honey Garlic Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, garlic, apple cider vinegar, and Dijon mustard. Adjust seasoning as needed.
  4. Add the Kielbasa: Arrange the kielbasa slices on the sheet pan with the potatoes. Drizzle half of the honey garlic sauce over everything.
  5. Roast in the Oven: Roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and kielbasa is golden brown. Stir halfway through for even cooking.
  6. Finish with Sauce: Drizzle the remaining honey garlic sauce over the kielbasa and potatoes. Toss to coat evenly.
  7. Serve: Serve hot, with optional rice, pasta, or potatoes. Garnish with parsley.

Notes

  • Add vegetables: Try adding bell peppers, onions, or zucchini for extra color and nutrients.
  • Use different proteins: Swap kielbasa for chicken sausage, turkey kielbasa, or fresh chicken breasts for a lighter meal.
  • Make it spicy: Add a dash of red pepper flakes or hot sauce for a spicy version of the dish.
  • Serve over grains: For a heartier meal, serve over rice, quinoa, or pasta.
