- 24 toothpicks
Instructions
- Make Filling: In a medium bowl, combine softened cream cheese, green onions, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Mix until smooth using a hand mixer.
- Spread: Take a slice of salami and spread about 2 teaspoons of the cream cheese mixture on the bottom half of the slice.
- Roll: Gently roll the salami slice around the cream cheese mixture into a tight log.
- Secure: Insert a toothpick in the center of the roll-up to hold it together. Repeat with remaining slices.
- Serve: Arrange on a platter and serve chilled. Optional: pair with mustard or dipping sauces.
