- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
- 8 ounces pizza sauce, divided

- Sautéed mushrooms
- Diced bell peppers
- Black olives
- Red onion
- Spinach
Instructions
- Preheat: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish. Spread half the pizza sauce over the bottom and sprinkle with garlic salt if desired.
- Assemble: Place a tortilla on a flat surface. Add mozzarella and desired toppings in the center. Roll and place seam-side down in the prepared baking dish. Repeat with all tortillas.
- Top: Pour remaining pizza sauce evenly over the rolled tortillas and sprinkle with the remaining mozzarella cheese.
- Bake: Bake uncovered for 15–20 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly. Optional: broil for 2–3 minutes for a golden top.
- Serve: Let rest for 5 minutes, then garnish with fresh basil or parsley. Serve warm with a side salad or dipping sauce.
