Description
Crispy on the outside, warm and gooey inside, these Peach Cobbler Egg Rolls are a fun twist on a classic dessert. Perfect for parties, brunch, or anytime you crave a quick peach treat.
Ingredients
2 cups diced peaches (fresh, frozen, or canned – drained)
¼ cup granulated sugar
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tbsp cornstarch
½ tsp vanilla extract
12 egg roll wrappers
Vegetable oil for frying
Powdered sugar for dusting (optional)
Vanilla glaze or ice cream, for serving (optional)
Instructions
In a saucepan, cook peaches, sugar, cinnamon, and cornstarch over medium heat for 5–7 minutes until thickened. Stir in vanilla. Cool.
Place peach filling in the center of each egg roll wrapper. Fold and roll tightly, sealing edges with water.
Heat oil to 350°F in a deep pan. Fry egg rolls in batches for 2–3 minutes per side until golden.
Drain on paper towels.
Dust with powdered sugar and serve warm with glaze or ice cream if desired.
Notes
Use fresh, canned, or frozen peaches.
For a lighter version, bake or air fry at 375°F for 10–12 minutes.
Try adding cream cheese or crushed golden Oreos for fun variations.
