Ingredients

Scale

2 cups diced peaches (fresh, frozen, or canned – drained)
¼ cup granulated sugar
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tbsp cornstarch
½ tsp vanilla extract
12 egg roll wrappers
Vegetable oil for frying
Powdered sugar for dusting (optional)
Vanilla glaze or ice cream, for serving (optional)

Instructions

  • Place peach filling in the center of each egg roll wrapper. Fold and roll tightly, sealing edges with water.

  • Heat oil to 350°F in a deep pan. Fry egg rolls in batches for 2–3 minutes per side until golden.

  • Drain on paper towels.

  • Dust with powdered sugar and serve warm with glaze or ice cream if desired.

Notes

Use fresh, canned, or frozen peaches.

For a lighter version, bake or air fry at 375°F for 10–12 minutes.

Try adding cream cheese or crushed golden Oreos for fun variations.
