- 2 cups rigatoni or farfalle pasta (regular, whole wheat, chickpea, or gluten-free)
- 1–2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and dry thoroughly on paper towels or kitchen towel.
- In a large bowl, combine olive oil, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss in cooked pasta to coat evenly.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan over pasta and toss again until well mixed.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Place pasta in a single layer in the basket; air fry 10-12 minutes, shaking halfway, until golden and crispy.
- Let cool a few minutes before serving. Store in airtight container for up to 3 days.
