  • Total Time: 45 minutes
  • Yield: 24 truffles 1x

Description

These No Bake Orange Creamsicle Truffles are creamy, zesty, and coated in sweet white chocolate. With flavors inspired by the classic orange creamsicle, these no-bake treats are perfect for summer parties, gift boxes, or a refreshing bite-sized dessert.

Ingredients

Scale

1 package golden or vanilla sandwich cookies (1415 oz or 400g)
8 oz cream cheese, softened (226g)
1 teaspoon orange extract
Zest from 1 large orange
12 oz white chocolate chips or vanilla almond bark (340g), for melting
Optional: sprinkles, orange food coloring, or extra zest for garnish

Instructions

  • Crush the cookies: Pulse cookies into fine crumbs in a food processor or crush in a bag using a rolling pin.

  • Mix the filling: In a bowl, mix cookie crumbs, cream cheese, orange extract, and orange zest until smooth.

  • Shape the truffles: Roll mixture into 1-inch balls. Place on a lined baking sheet and chill in freezer for 20–30 minutes.

  • Melt the chocolate: Melt white chocolate or almond bark in 20-second microwave intervals until smooth. Add orange food coloring if desired.

  • Dip the truffles: Coat chilled truffles in melted chocolate and return to tray. Garnish while coating is wet.

  • Chill and serve: Chill finished truffles for at least 15 minutes before serving or storing.

Notes

Use full-fat block cream cheese for best texture.

If using frozen orange zest, pat dry before adding.

Truffles can be frozen for up to 2 months in a freezer-safe container.
