- 1/2 cup rainbow cake mix (64g)
- 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder (45g)
- 1/4 cup zero-calorie sweetener (48g) or sugar of choice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon liquid stevia or additional sweetener to taste
- 2 tablespoons rainbow sprinkles (24g)
Instructions
- Heat treat cake mix: Microwave cake mix in 30-second intervals, stirring between, until reaching 165°F (74°C). Let cool completely.
- Mix dip: In a bowl, combine cooled cake mix, Greek yogurt (or cream cheese), vanilla protein powder, sweetener, vanilla extract, and liquid stevia. Beat with hand mixer for 2-3 minutes until smooth.
- Fold in sprinkles: Gently fold in rainbow sprinkles, reserving some for garnish.
- Chill: Refrigerate dip for 1-2 hours or freeze for 30 minutes before serving for best texture and flavor.
- Serve: Pair with animal crackers, pretzels, apple slices, or cookies.
