  • 2 cups (240g) dry milk powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup (100g) powdered coffee creamer (for extra creaminess, optional)
  • ½ cup (100g) mini chocolate chips (optional, for extra richness)
  • ½ cup (50g) mini marshmallows (optional, for topping)

Instructions

1. Mix the Ingredients

  1. In a large mixing bowl, sift together powdered sugar, cocoa powder, dry milk powder, and salt.
  2. Stir in powdered coffee creamer and mini chocolate chips (if using).

2. Store the Mix

  1. Transfer the mix to an airtight container or mason jar.
  2. Store in a cool, dry place for up to 3 months.

3. Make a Cup of Hot Chocolate

  1. Heat 1 cup of milk or water until steaming.
  2. Stir in 3 tablespoons of the hot chocolate mix until fully dissolved.
