These Garlic Dill Cucumbers are crisp, tangy, and packed with fresh flavor! A simple no-cook side dish perfect for any meal!

Ingredients

Scale

For the Cucumbers:

  • 4 medium cucumbers (English or Persian), thinly sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped

For the Dressing:

  • 3 tablespoons white vinegar (or apple cider vinegar)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt (or to taste)
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon sugar (optional, for balance)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Cucumbers

  1. Wash and thinly slice the cucumbers into rounds.
  2. Mince the garlic and chop the fresh dill.

2. Make the Dressing

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together vinegar, olive oil, salt, black pepper, and sugar.
  2. Stir in the minced garlic for extra flavor.

3. Assemble the Salad

  1. In a large bowl, toss the sliced cucumbers with the dressing and fresh dill.
  2. Let sit for 10-15 minutes to allow flavors to meld.

4. Serve & Enjoy!

  1. Serve chilled or at room temperature as a side dish or snack.
  2. Garnish with extra dill and black pepper before serving.

Notes

Use fresh dill – It adds the best flavor.
Let it sit before serving – Helps absorb the dressing.
Use seedless cucumbers – They stay crisp and less watery.
