  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 ½ cups crushed Butterfinger candy bars (about 6 fun-size bars)
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, softened

For the Chocolate Coating:

  • 2 cups semi-sweet or milk chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil or vegetable shortening (for a smooth coating)

Optional Toppings:

  • Crushed Butterfinger pieces
  • White chocolate drizzle
  • Chopped nuts

Instructions

1. Make the Butterfinger Mixture

  1. In a large bowl, combine peanut butter, softened butter, powdered sugar, and crushed Butterfinger candy bars.
  2. Mix until well combined and a dough-like consistency forms.

2. Shape the Balls

  1. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  2. Refrigerate for 30 minutes or until firm.

3. Melt the Chocolate

  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in 30-second intervals, stirring each time until smooth.

4. Coat the Butterfinger Balls

  1. Using a fork or dipping tool, dip each chilled Butterfinger ball into the melted chocolate, ensuring it’s fully coated.
  2. Let any excess chocolate drip off, then place back onto the parchment paper.
