Ingredients
1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
8 slices cooked bacon, chopped or crumbled
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or mozzarella)
2 tablespoons cream cheese, softened
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Optional: 1 teaspoon dried parsley for garnish
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, combine bacon, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, and garlic powder. Mix until well blended.
Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles.
Add a small spoonful of filling to the wide end of each triangle. Roll tightly from wide end to tip.
Place on baking sheet, brush tops with beaten egg, and sprinkle with parsley if using.
Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown.
Let cool slightly and serve with dipping sauce of your choice.
