Description
This Easter Puff Corn is a no-bake, sweet and crunchy snack made with white chocolate, sprinkles, and puff corn! A perfect Easter treat!

- 1 bag (8-10 oz) butter-flavored puff corn
- 12 oz (340g) white chocolate or white candy melts
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil (optional, for smoother melting)
- ½ cup pastel-colored sprinkles
- ½ cup pastel M&M’s or mini chocolate eggs (optional)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Puff Corn
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Spread the puff corn evenly on the sheet.
2. Melt the White Chocolate
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt white chocolate and coconut oil in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
- Alternatively, use a double boiler to melt the chocolate over low heat.
3. Coat the Puff Corn
- Drizzle the melted chocolate over the puff corn, stirring gently to coat evenly.
4. Add Toppings
- While the chocolate is still wet, sprinkle pastel sprinkles and M&M’s over the coated puff corn.
- Let sit for 30 minutes or until the chocolate hardens.
5. Break Apart & Serve!
- Once set, break into bite-sized clusters.
- Serve in a festive Easter bowl or package in treat bags for gifts!
