Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 bag (8-10 oz) butter-flavored puff corn
  • 12 oz (340g) white chocolate or white candy melts
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil (optional, for smoother melting)
  • ½ cup pastel-colored sprinkles

  • ½ cup pastel M&M’s or mini chocolate eggs (optional)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Puff Corn

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Spread the puff corn evenly on the sheet.

2. Melt the White Chocolate

  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt white chocolate and coconut oil in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
  2. Alternatively, use a double boiler to melt the chocolate over low heat.

3. Coat the Puff Corn

  1. Drizzle the melted chocolate over the puff corn, stirring gently to coat evenly.

4. Add Toppings

  1. While the chocolate is still wet, sprinkle pastel sprinkles and M&M’s over the coated puff corn.
  2. Let sit for 30 minutes or until the chocolate hardens.

5. Break Apart & Serve!

  1. Once set, break into bite-sized clusters.
  2. Serve in a festive Easter bowl or package in treat bags for gifts!

Notes

Use coconut oil – Helps the white chocolate melt smoothly.
Work quickly – Add sprinkles before the chocolate hardens.
