Description
These no-bake Disney Peanut Butter Squares combine graham crackers, creamy peanut butter, and a luscious chocolate topping to create the perfect chocolate peanut butter dessert. A nostalgic treat that’s rich, easy to make, and great for parties or quick indulgences.
Ingredients
2 cups graham cracker crumbs (about 16 full crackers)
1 cup creamy peanut butter (not natural or runny)
1 cup powdered sugar
½ cup unsalted butter, melted
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1½ cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 tablespoons peanut butter (for the chocolate layer)
Instructions
Line an 8×8 or 9×9 inch baking pan with parchment paper or foil, leaving an overhang on the sides.
Crush graham crackers into fine crumbs using a zip-top bag and rolling pin, or a food processor.
In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, powdered sugar, melted butter, peanut butter, and vanilla until a dough forms. Press evenly into prepared pan.
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips with 2 tablespoons peanut butter in 30-second intervals until smooth, stirring in between.
Pour the chocolate over the peanut butter base and spread evenly.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or freeze for 45 minutes until firm.
Lift the bars out using parchment, slice into 16 squares with a warm knife, and serve.
Notes
You can swap the topping with white or dark chocolate depending on your preference.
Add crushed peanuts or pretzels into the base for a salty crunch.
Store in the fridge for up to a week or freeze for up to two months.
Use cupcake liners to serve individually at parties or events.
Avoid using natural peanut butter, which may cause the base to separate.
