Description

This fluffy strawberry cheesecake dip is a quick, no-bake dessert! Perfect for parties, it pairs well with fruit, cookies, and crackers.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened – Provides the rich, tangy cheesecake base.
  • 1 cup (240ml) heavy whipping cream – Creates a light, fluffy texture.
  • ¼ cup (50g) granulated sugar – Sweetens the dip just enough.
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract – Enhances the overall flavor.
  • ½ cup (120g) strawberry preserves or fresh strawberry purée – Adds the fruity, sweet taste.

  • ½ cup (80g) diced fresh strawberries – For an extra burst of flavor and texture.

Instructions

  • Whip the cream – In a mixing bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream with a hand mixer until stiff peaks form. This step ensures a light, airy dip. Set it aside.
  • Mix the cream cheese and sugar – In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy. This step prevents any lumps in the dip.
  • Incorporate the strawberries – Gently fold in the strawberry preserves (or fresh purée) and diced strawberries. Stir until evenly combined.
  • Fold in the whipped cream – Using a spatula, carefully fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture. This keeps the dip light and fluffy.
  • Chill the dip – For the best flavor and texture, cover and refrigerate the dip for at least 30 minutes before serving. This allows the flavors to meld together.

  • Serve and enjoy – Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and pair it with your favorite dippers like graham crackers, vanilla wafers, or fresh fruit.

Notes

  • Use softened cream cheese – This prevents lumps and ensures a smooth, creamy texture.
  • Whip the cream separately – This helps keep the dip light and fluffy rather than dense.
  • Chill before serving – Letting the dip rest in the refrigerator enhances the flavors.

  • Add extra flavor – A splash of lemon juice can brighten up the dip, or a drizzle of honey can add extra sweetness.
