These keto cottage cheese chips are crispy, low-carb, and protein-packed. Includes three tasty flavors: Everything Bagel, Ranch, and Taco.
Ingredients
Base Ingredients:
1 cup full-fat cottage cheese
Optional: pinch of salt (depending on desired sodium level)
Everything Bagel Flavor:
1 teaspoon Everything Bagel Seasoning
Optional: extra sesame seeds or onion flakes for topping
Ranch Flavor:
1 teaspoon ranch seasoning mix (sugar-free)
Optional: pinch of dried dill or parsley for added herbiness
Taco Flavor:
1 teaspoon taco seasoning (ensure no added sugar or starch)
Optional: pinch of smoked paprika or chili powder for extra spice
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line your baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
Mix the cottage cheese with your chosen seasoning in a bowl until evenly combined. If you’re trying multiple flavors, divide the cheese into separate bowls and mix each with its own seasoning.
Scoop the mixture onto the baking sheet using a spoon or small scoop. Space each scoop about 1½ to 2 inches apart to allow room for spreading. Flatten them slightly with the back of your spoon.
Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the chips are golden brown around the edges and firm in the center. The baking time may vary slightly depending on your oven and the thickness of the chips.
Cool completely on the baking sheet. The chips will continue to firm up as they cool. Once cooled, gently peel them off the paper or mat.
Serve immediately or store for later in an airtight container.

BBQ spice: Use a low-carb BBQ seasoning mix for smoky-sweet flavor
Spicy jalapeño: Add a pinch of cayenne or crushed red pepper flakes
Garlic parmesan: Mix in garlic powder and top with a sprinkle of grated parmesan
