- 1 small avocado (or ¾ of a large one)
- 1 oz chives
- 1.5–2 oz fresh basil leaves
- ¼ cup fresh parsley (loosely packed)
- 2 cloves garlic, peeled
- ½ lemon, juiced
- Pinch of sea salt, to taste
Instructions
- Prepare Avocado: Cut avocado in half, remove pit, and scoop flesh into blender or food processor.
- Add Cottage Cheese: Spoon all cottage cheese into the blender with the avocado.
- Add Herbs and Garlic: Add chives, basil, parsley, and garlic cloves.
- Add Lemon Juice and Salt: Squeeze in lemon juice and add a pinch of salt.
- Blend Until Smooth: Blend until creamy and fully combined, scraping sides as needed.
- Adjust Seasoning: Taste and add more lemon juice, garlic, or salt if desired.
- Serve or Chill: Serve immediately or refrigerate to let flavors develop.
