Ingredients
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt (non-fat or 2%)
2 tablespoons almond flour or heat-treated oat flour
1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of sea salt
2 tablespoons mini chocolate chips or cacao nibs
Optional: 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
Instructions
Add Greek yogurt to a mixing bowl.
Stir in almond or oat flour until combined.
Add sweetener, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix well.
If using, stir in protein powder and adjust consistency with a splash of milk if needed.
Fold in chocolate chips or other mix-ins.
Chill for 10–15 minutes for firmer texture (optional).
