1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup Greek yogurt or sour cream
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar or lemon juice
Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

Toast pecans in a dry skillet over medium heat for 3 to 5 minutes, stirring often. Let cool
Shred or dice the cooked chicken. Chop celery, onion, and any optional add-ins
In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, mustard, and vinegar. Season with salt and pepper
In a large bowl, combine chicken, cranberries, celery, onion, and toasted pecans
Pour dressing over the mixture and stir gently until well coated
